To ensure the highest level of care, personalized treatment planning, and the best possible results for our patients, Magnolia Bloom Salon & MedSpa has established the following policies regarding online booking, cancellations/no-shows, and privacy. These guidelines help us respect your time, maintain treatment quality, and provide an exceptional experience for every visit.

Appointment, Cancellation, Refund & Privacy Policy

At Magnolia Bloom Salon & Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality, results-driven treatments in a professional and respectful environment. Please review the following policies prior to booking.


 Appointment Scheduling

All appointments require a valid card on file at the time of booking.
No deposit is required to schedule services.


 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any laser or advanced aesthetic appointment.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged a no-show fee.

This policy allows us to respect scheduled treatment time and offer availability to clients on our waitlist.


 Single Services (Non-Package)

For individual laser or advanced aesthetic services:

  • No deposit is required at booking

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $150

  • No-shows will be charged accordingly


 Packages

Clients who have purchased treatment packages are subject to the same 72-hour cancellation policy.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours may incur a $150 cancellation fee

  • Package sessions will not be forfeited

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of a session


 Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. In some cases, this may be treated as a late cancellation.


 Value-Based Services & Refund Policy

At Magnolia Bloom Salon & Spa, we strive to offer the highest level of care, expertise, and customized treatment planning. Due to the individualized nature of our services, all treatments are final.

  • No refunds are offered on services rendered

  • Results may vary based on individual skin type, condition, and adherence to recommended treatment plans

  • Additional sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal results

Our goal is always transparency, education, and long-term results, and we are happy to address any concerns prior to treatment.


 Medical Information & Treatment Eligibility

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, recent procedures, and health changes prior to treatment. Certain services may need to be postponed or modified to ensure safety and best outcomes.


 Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

Magnolia Bloom Salon & Spa is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal, medical, and treatment-related information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable HIPAA regulations. Your information will never be shared without consent, except as required by law.
