Appointment, Cancellation, Deposit, Refund & Privacy Policy

At Magnolia Bloom Med Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality, results-driven treatments in a professional and respectful environment. Each appointment is intentionally reserved to allow adequate time for personalized care. Please review the following policies prior to booking.

Appointment Scheduling & New Patient Deposit

A valid card on file is required at the time of booking.

All new patients are required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit when scheduling their first appointment, whether that appointment is a complimentary consultation or a treatment/service.

The $25 deposit may be applied toward the patient's scheduled service or treatment when the appointment is completed.

All deposits are non-refundable and are separate from any cancellation, late-cancellation, no-show, or other applicable fees. A deposit cannot be used to pay or reduce these fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations.

For paid services, late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service booked.

This policy allows us to respect the time specifically reserved for each patient and offer appointment availability to others who may be waiting to schedule.

Complimentary Consultations

Consultations at Magnolia Bloom Med Spa are complimentary. Because there is no service price from which to calculate a 50% cancellation fee, complimentary consultations have a separate cancellation/no-show policy.

Consultations cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, or missed as a no-show, are subject to a $50 fee.

For new patients, this $50 fee is separate from the $25 non-refundable new patient deposit. The deposit cannot be applied toward or used to reduce the $50 cancellation/no-show fee.

Single Services

For individually booked treatments and services:

• Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 72 hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service booked.

• No-shows are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service booked.

• Any applicable deposit is separate from cancellation and no-show fees and cannot be used toward those fees.

Treatment Packages

Patients who have purchased treatment packages are also subject to the 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the individual value of the scheduled treatment/service.

Package sessions will not automatically be forfeited due to a single late cancellation or no-show. However, repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in additional booking requirements or forfeiture of a package session at the discretion of Magnolia Bloom Med Spa.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled patients.

If there is not enough remaining appointment time to safely or appropriately perform the scheduled treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation under the 72-hour cancellation policy.

Services & Refund Policy

At Magnolia Bloom Med Spa, we strive to provide the highest level of care, expertise, and personalized treatment planning. Due to the individualized nature of aesthetic treatments and the many factors that can influence treatment outcomes, all services rendered are final.

• No refunds are offered on completed services or treatments.

• Individual results cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on skin type, condition, lifestyle, treatment response, home care, and adherence to the recommended treatment plan.

• Multiple treatments or maintenance sessions may be recommended to achieve and maintain optimal results.

• Purchasing a treatment does not guarantee a specific result.

Our goal is always to provide transparent recommendations, appropriate education, and treatment plans designed around each patient's individual concerns and goals. Questions regarding a treatment plan are always encouraged prior to treatment.

Medical Information & Treatment Eligibility

Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, recent procedures, pregnancy or breastfeeding status when applicable, and any changes in health prior to treatment.

Certain medications, medical conditions, recent procedures, sun exposure, or other circumstances may require a treatment to be postponed, modified, or declined to prioritize patient safety and appropriate treatment outcomes.

Magnolia Bloom Med Spa reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment when a service is determined to be inappropriate or unsafe for the patient at that time.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Magnolia Bloom Med Spa is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal, medical, and treatment-related information.

Patient information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations and will not be shared without authorization except when permitted or required by law.

Policy Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment with Magnolia Bloom Med Spa, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the appointment, deposit, cancellation, no-show, refund, and privacy policies outlined above.

You also authorize Magnolia Bloom Med Spa to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with these policies.
